The Pond at Silver Pines Lodge...

Our 4,000 gallon pond with two small waterfalls & streams was built in December of 2003. Now, regardless of the drought situation in Strawberry Creek, you can always hear falling water at Silver Pines. We have 21 beautiful Koi including 2 babies born in the pond in 2005, who all have names. In the summer time the fish are ALWAYS hungry and fun to feed. They sit very still and don't eat at all between November & May. Come enjoy the pond while staying at Silver Pines Lodge.

Even when the pond gets a layer of ice on top (which is rare) the Koi are fine!
