This area has 3 distinct units all nestled together walking distance from town with it’s own outside gathering area & parking area. It can sleep 17 comfortably or 27 total with 2 people per futon. All 3 units have full kitchens. None of the units are handicapped accessible.

Large 3-Story home is part of a group retreat area but available individually 2 months prior or mid-week. 10 total beds plus 3 baths. Kitchen, fireplace, 3 big decks, 3 TV's. Main floor has 3 queen futon sleepers and full bath w/ tub. Loft has 1-Queen bed and 2 twins + half bath (shower only). Lower level has Queen futon + twin in open area and bedroom with King. bed & Twin bed plus full bath w/ tub. bath. Wifi & cable TV. Next door to Mama Bear. Walking distance to town. Sleeps 2-10.
Daily rate for 6 people. $279-319 $20 Extra per person up to 10 people.

Mama Bear is part of a group retreat area but available individually 2 months prior or mid-week. Separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, plus 2-futon sleeper couches and 1 regular twin bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen & coffee maker, a full bath w/ tub, wood stove, Wifi & cable TV. It can sleep 5 comfortably with 1 person per futon bed. It has a deck and connecting covered walkway to Papa Bear. Baby Bear is underneath with separate entry on side of building.
Daily rate for 4 people: $159-179. $20 extra per person up to 5 people maximum.(2 night minimum)

Studio unit underneath Mama Bear. Part of group retreat area but available individually 2 months prior. King bed + Queen Futon sleeper. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, enclosed patio. Fairly steep walkway to unit. Not recommended for handicapped. Sleeps 2-4
